If single malt whisky had a front door, it would look like this: bright, friendly, and impossible to be intimidated by.
On the nose: oranges, peaches, and a big scoop of vanilla ice cream. Nothing to decode, nothing to pretend about.
On the palate: soft and creamy. Citrus first, then honey and a little almond. It goes down so easily you'll want to double-check the label says 40%.
The finish: clean and gently sweet, like the end of a good dessert rather than the start of a lecture.
This is the bottle we hand to people who say they "don't like whiskey." They usually stop saying it around the second glass.
